Erlyn Erawan is the Head of the International Affairs Office at Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala Surabaya. In this role, she oversees university-level international activities and contributes to the university’s development in the international arena. She has the educational background in clinical psychology and currently serves as Secretary in the University’s Task Force for Prevention and Response to Violence in Higher Education and a member of the Disability Services Unit. Off-campus, she is one of the mentors in the Student Leadership Development project of the Catholic Diocese of Surabaya; part of the teaching team in the Assistant Marriage Counselor Preparation Course under IMAVI-Diocese of Surabaya; and part of the administrators and facilitators in the Beginner Spiritual Exercises, an online community inspired by the Ignatian spirituality.
