Dr Fenika Wulani is an Associate Professor in the Management Department, Faculty of Business, at Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala Surabaya, Indonesia. Her research focuses on leadership, workplace deviance, and organizational citizenship behaviour, with publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals. She serves as a reviewer for several Indonesian journals and as a guest reviewer for an international journal. Fenika is also active in professional engagement, sharing insights on employee behaviour through onsite training and radio programmes. She previously led a Ministry-funded project on competency models for Indonesian MSME owners. She is currently a member of the Widya Indonesia team, supporting the empowerment of women in STEM, funded by the British Council and Kedaireka.
