Ayu Gayatri is a staff member at the International Affairs Office of Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala Surabaya (UKWMS), Indonesia, where she supports international partnerships and collaborative programmes. She is actively involved in the Disability Inclusion Partnership project, contributing to coordination activities and qualitative research, including interviews and focus group discussions with disabled students and staff. In addition, Ayu serves as part of the Advocacy Team of the Task Force for the Prevention and Response to Violence in Higher Education and is a member of the Disability Service Unit, where she supports institutional efforts to promote safe, accessible, and inclusive campus environments. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with primary interests in gender and issues affecting marginalized and vulnerable groups.
