Dr Wahyudi is a faculty member and researcher at the Faculty of Business, Widya Mandala Surabaya Catholic University, Indonesia. His work spans economics and business management, with a strong focus on social inclusion, disability rights, and the right to health. His current research and advocacy centre on inclusive education as a foundation for equitable human development. As Head of the Disability Support Unit, he has led initiatives assessing institutional readiness for inclusion, the role of teacher training in supporting diversity, and the policy and infrastructure barriers to inclusive change. Dr Wahyudi emphasises that inclusion goes beyond access, requiring quality education, adaptation, and meaningful participation. Through academic research and social advocacy, he actively promotes inclusive practices in Indonesian higher education, supporting environments where all students can thrive and contribute to a more just and equitable society.
