Debbie Foster is Professor of Employment Relations and Diversity at Cardiff Business School.  She has been involved in research on disabled people and employment in the UK, Eastern Europe and China.  As co-chair of the Welsh Government’s Disability Rights Taskforce since 2022, Debbie has been instrumental in shaping a ten year Plan for disabled people in Wales.  Named as one of a 100 Changemakers by The Future Generations Commissioner of Wales, Debbie also featured in the Shaw Trusts Power 100 of disabled people in 2023.
