Dr Zoe Lee is a Reader (Associate Professor) in Marketing at Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University, and the project lead.
She is interested in inclusive and responsible branding, especially disability representation and ethical uses of AI. Her work looks at how brands can drive social change through more inclusive and sustainable communication. This research supports the Disability Inclusion Project by helping organisations better represent disabled people, challenge stigma, and create fairer, more accessible practices. She is also a management board member of EMPOWER, supporting women in academia. This understanding is important for making education equal, accessible and inclusive for everyone.
